The terms, in plain English.
These terms govern your use of myda. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
What myda is
myda is an AI visualisation studio for designers. You generate images on Google’s Gemini models using your own Google API key, directly at Google’s price — we add no markup.
Your account
Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One account per person; don’t share credentials.
Bring your own key
Generation runs on the Google API key you provide. You are responsible for that key, for staying within Google’s limits, and for whatever Google bills you directly — we never charge you for generation and never mark it up. Your use of Google’s models is also subject to Google’s own terms. We store your key encrypted and use it only to generate on your behalf — see our security page.
Acceptable use
Don’t use myda to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, generate harmful, deceptive or abusive content, probe or overload the service, or resell it as your own. Respect Google’s prohibited-use policies for its AI models.
Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts you write and the images you generate, subject to Google’s terms for its models. In the free solo studio we store nothing — results live only in your browser session. On all generations, you’re responsible for what you and your team upload and generate.
Fees
The free tier is free — you only pay Google, directly, for generation on your key. Paid plans, when offered, have their pricing and terms shown before you subscribe.
Provided “as is”
We work hard to keep myda reliable, but it’s provided as is, without warranties. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected — review it before you rely on it. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, myda is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or profits, or for charges billed to you by Google or other providers. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Ending access
You can stop using myda and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which myda is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them from time to time; if a change is material we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
